 Tilley hat LT6B, By This review is from: Tilley Endurables LT6B Breathable Nylon Hat The LT6B is my preferred hat for anything but summer. It keeps the sun out of my eyes with the wide brim, it also keeps the sun off my face and nose and ears. Even without insulation, I am warmer wearing it. I much prefer it to the cotton and hemp as it does not soak up moisture to create evaporative cooling (swamp cooler). Recently someone took my hat (this model) and I have no complaints replacing it with the same model. I have used 4 other brands that were considered to be the best but this one really is the best. I rig the strap so it is a chin strap and when I want the hat off, I just throw it back and don't lose it by setting it down. good peace of mind with a powerful tool.
